1. Processing Time

Because many of our products are personalized and made to order, processing times may vary.

Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days before shipment. During holidays, promotions, or high-volume seasons, processing times may be longer.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.


2. Shipping Areas

We currently ship within the United States.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping unless otherwise stated.


3. Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped through trusted carriers such as:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • Other available shipping providers

The shipping carrier may vary depending on the order size, destination, and availability.


4. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight
  • Shipping destination
  • Selected shipping method

Customers will be able to review shipping costs before completing their purchase.


5. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or through the contact information provided at checkout.

Please allow time for tracking information to update within the carrier’s system.


6. Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ship orders on time, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other shipping carriers
  • Weather conditions
  • Holidays
  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • Carrier interruptions or delays outside of our control

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.


7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional reshipping costs.


8. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you experience delivery issues, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to open a claim or investigation.


9. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging

We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate solution.
